Overview
Curriculum

A 4-week course starting Tuesday, June 3 @ 7 pm

Online and Recorded

What does it take to attain true freedom?

According to Vedanta, the path to liberation (moksha) begins with cultivating four essential qualities: Viveka (discrimination between real and unreal), Vairagya (dispassion), the Shat-Sampat (six virtues of mental discipline), and Mumukshutva (intense longing for liberation).

This course sheds the light on the binding nature of desire and attachment, and also delves into these time-honored practices, guiding you to develop clarity, inner control, and unwavering focus on the ultimate goal—Self-realization.
