In a world of uncertainty and rapid change, how do we know what is truly right?

This course explores the deeper foundations of yoga ethics—not as rules imposed from outside, but as truths discovered through inner awareness and lived experience. True ethics arise from the realization of the Self and express as harmony in thought, speech, and action.

We will explore:

  • The role of conscience as the inner voice of truth

  • The importance of self-reflection before action

  • The deeper meaning of Yama and Niyama as pathways to inner purification

  • Living principles such as ahimsa (non-harm), satya (truthfulness), asteya (non-stealing), aparigraha (non-attachment), and brahmacharya (right use of energy)

This is not a moral code to follow blindly, but a path to refine perception, awaken clarity, and act from wisdom in the present moment.
